WHAT IS INCLUDED?
All coaching engagements include:

A complimentary consultation (virtual) to discuss the desired outcomes and process of coaching, as well as determine a good fit.

Initial 60 minute virtual coaching session to discuss aspirations, current obstacles and explore the business context.

Optional strengths assessment or 360 review.

Optional three-way conversation with coach, coachee and coachee’s manager to communicate high level development goals and learning support needs.

45 minute virtual coaching sessions (usually twice monthly – length and frequency to be determined by coachee) various program options and price points available

Situational support between the coaching sessions via email, text or brief phone calls, as needed

Periodic reviews of progress and celebration of success.

A completion conversation to assess progress against goals and share high level learnings.
